We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged with tags and hygienic stickers attached and in its original packaging.
Send a mail to hello@femmesuit.com with the items you are returning and the reason why. If you directly want to make an exchange for another item, you can request this by mail.
Shipping costs of your returning item will be at your cost. If you are making an exchange for another item, at both domestic and international orders, we will cover the costs of sending the new item to you, if the item is available after we have received and processed your return.
We do not accept liability for lost packages sent to us by you. For security we recommend that you use track and trace or purchasing shipping insurance.
FEMMESUIT does not pay for the additional customer tax.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the items at our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive a store credit via email that can be used towards your next FEMMESUIT order.
Ordered during a sale?
We will provide you with a store credit for the amount paid at the time of Purchase. If you placed your first order with our welcome discount code and would like to return for a store credit, we will honour the discount code used. Please mention this in your mail, we will provide you with a new welcome code to use with your store credit.
